RFID tag printing, writing and encoding service
It is sometimes more convenient or cost-effective to use pre-printed and pre-encoded labels instead of printing and coding them yourself. We print and code your labels, whether they are supplied by us or not.
In the same way that barcode solutions are based on white labels that have to be printed, RFID is based on chips with blank memory, identical codes or random codes. In any case, it is up to you to decide the content of the chips’ memory in order to be able to link the labels correctly to the elements they identify. This initial phase of encoding (and printing, if necessary visual information) is key to any RFID solution.

Unless you generate a large number of labels each day, you may not be interested in printing and coding them yourself. In that case, all you have to do is provide us with the desired label design (including logos, texts, barcodes, QR, etc.) and the numbering you want for both graphic printing and RFID chip memory. We will adapt your design to the label in question and serialize your numbering according to GS1 standards in case you need it.
Your labels (whether A5, A6, custom or even paper face tags) will be printed, coded, verified and rolled back, ready to use. You can contract our coding service together with your order of labels, or send us blank labels or tags that you have purchased from another supplier, so that we can return them printed, coded and verified.
As you will see, label verification is an important part of our service, and that is that sometimes not all RFID tags on the same roll work with the same features, and it is necessary to have this quality variation controlled. Our verification is not only to confirm that the encoded data matches the intended, but also to ensure that the sensitivity and response power of the RFID chip of each label is homogeneous and has not been affected by the printing process.
If the labels/tags to be printed and coded are not going to be supplied by NextPoints, you must send them to us properly rolled up. Additionally, we will need the design of your label in an image format or compatible with label design programs; and the visual numeration and codes to record that you want us to use. If you do not have a design for the label, just send us the indications and images/sources to use and we will do it for you.
We will send you your labels printed, coded, verified and rolled back, ready to use or to supply to your customer. If you wish, we can send them directly to your customer, to reduce transport costs and times.
